What we set
- Session. Set when you log in, so the next page knows it is still you. Without it you would be asked to sign in on every click. It clears when you log out.
- Preferences. Small settings your browser remembers for you, such as light or dark mode. Kept on your device.
What we do not set
No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no cross-site profiling, and nothing that follows you once you close the tab and leave.
Tracking inside email
Separately from cookies: mail sent through the product can record whether a message was opened and whether a link in it was clicked. That is how a sender knows a message arrived and is worth following up. It is measured per message, not used to build a profile of the person, and it applies only to mail our customers send.
Turning them off
Your browser can block or clear cookies for this site. Blocking the session cookie means you will not be able to stay logged in, which is the only thing it does.
