Find the right companies.
Reach them properly.
Tell Samora One who you sell to. It builds the list, checks that every contact is real, and runs the outreach from your own mailbox - so your team spends the day in conversations instead of spreadsheets.
A buyer profile takes a few minutes. There is nothing to upload first.
Built for people who sell to businesses
Different jobs, the same problem: the right companies exist, and finding a way to reach them eats the week.
Sales teams selling to businesses
You know the kind of company that buys from you. You need a steady list of them, contacts that answer, and a way to work it together without treading on each other.
Agencies and consultants
Local shops, clinics, restaurants, trades - the businesses that never post a job ad and never fill in a form. They are found by looking, not by waiting.
Founders doing their own outreach
No sales team yet. You want the first hundred conversations without building a data operation to get them.
How it works
Four steps. The first is the only one that needs you.
Describe your buyer
Pick the industries you sell to, right down to the sub-category, and the countries you sell in. That profile belongs to the company, so every colleague works from the same definition of a good lead.
We build the list
Businesses matching the profile are found and sorted by what they actually do, not by what a search word happened to hit. A florist is filed as a florist even if it calls itself a studio.
Every contact is checked
Email addresses are tested for delivery, phone numbers for validity, and websites for whether they really belong to that business. What fails the check is held back rather than handed to you.
Reach out and follow up
Write once, send from your own mailbox at a human pace, and let the queue handle the timing. Replies land in a shared inbox beside the record they belong to.
What a prospect carries when it reaches you
Most tools hand you a name and hope. Here a business does not become a prospect until we know what it is and how to reach it. If a detail cannot be stood behind, it is left off rather than shown as fact.
- An email address that was checked for delivery, never one that was guessed from a name
- A phone number that was validated, with its type - mobile, landline or voice-over-IP
- A website only when it is confirmed to belong to the business, never a listing page
- The industry and sub-category, decided from evidence rather than from a keyword
- The country and region, so your territory filter actually means something
What you get
One workspace from the first search to the booked call.
Prospect Finder
Ask for what you want in plain words - "dental clinics in Lahore" - and get a list scoped to your profile, with the reason each one was included.
Verified contacts
A prospect reaches your list with a checked email and a working phone number. A website is shown only when it is confirmed to be theirs.
Campaigns and sequences
Multi-step outreach with your own templates and variables. Launch to a chosen audience and watch each step go out on schedule.
The outreach queue
Everything waiting to go, grouped by day. Send it now, pause it, or cancel what should not go - and see exactly what left.
Shared inbox
Replies threaded against the company and the campaign that earned them. Everyone can see who answered and who already replied.
Reach a business the way many of them prefer to be reached, from the same record and with the same templates.
Pipeline
Opens, clicks, replies and booked calls move a prospect along automatically. You update the deal, not the admin.
Reports
Which industries answer, which countries convert, which message earned the meeting. Numbers that point at a decision.
Templates
A library of designs you can personalise with the variables you actually have, and preview against a real prospect before sending.
One profile, one team
The buyer profile lives with the company, not with whoever happened to set it up. New staff inherit it on day one and see exactly what everybody else sees.
Admin
Creates the company account, sets the buyer profile, connects mailboxes and invites colleagues - as many as the company needs. Sees everything the team does.
Employee
Works inside the profile the admin set. Finds prospects, runs campaigns and answers replies, with their own queue and inbox. Cannot change the targeting.
Sold on restraint
Tools in this category are usually judged on volume. This one is judged on whether the person at the other end was worth writing to, and whether the message actually arrived. That leads to a shorter list and a better week.
- Mail leaves through your own connected mailbox, under a daily limit you set
- Sends are spaced a few seconds apart, never fired in a burst
- Anyone who asks to be left alone is suppressed across the whole platform, permanently
- A contact that fails verification is held back, not passed to you with a warning
- Your prospects, campaigns and replies are yours - export them whenever you like
Questions people ask first
Do I need to bring my own list?
No. You describe the customer and the list is built for you. You can still import a list of your own if you have one, and it goes through the same checks.
Where does the mail actually send from?
From a mailbox you connect - your own address, on your own domain. We never send from a shared pool, because your reputation should not depend on somebody else’s behaviour.
What happens when somebody asks to stop?
They are added to a suppression list that applies across every campaign and every import, and the entry is kept permanently. A later upload cannot bring them back.
How does a team share one profile?
The person who creates the company account is its admin. They set the buyer profile and invite colleagues, who work inside it. Employees see the same list and cannot change the targeting.
Is there a minimum team size or a seat limit?
Neither. One person can run it, and an admin can add as many colleagues as the company needs.
Can I see what comes back before I commit?
Yes. Set up the profile, look at the prospects it produces, and only then decide whether to write to anyone.
